Asian-Americans now too afraid to see doctors

Asian-Americans and Pacific Islanders 95% live in urban area. 20% has experienced hate-crime including assault. And many now are too afraid to use public transportation by themselves to go see doctors, et al. This has severely reduced their appointments at their care providers, but the problem has not been studied by researchers.

As I said before, until "AAPI" are ready to shoot-to-kill, to defend themselves, or segregate themselves, we will continue to have this "problem".

United Nations is Evil

UN officials systematically minimize and dismiss all sexual harassment and sexual assault claims against its female employees. UN also consistently retaliates against the whistleblowers and accusers. Some insiders blame the diplomatic immunity of its perpetrators. The allegations reach as high as the assistant deputy secretaries.

Not surprising at all. Given the consistent allegations against the UN peacekeepers everywhere they go, for sex trafficking and sexual assaults, it is only logical that this happens elsewhere in the UN as well.

As I said before, sexual harassment is always an indicator of moral corruption in the organization. If the leadership is not preventing or addressing sexual harassment, then there is definitely moral corruption throughout the organization. Most forms of moral corruption are definitely taking place, if not all of them.

The surest way of preventing sexual harassment is, of course, gender segregation inside the organization. Since that is illegal in America and the West, (and SJWs actively preventing any de facto segregations), moral corruption is inevitable in all Western (and most Eastern) organizations. The only question is in degrees. The #MeToo movement has been effective in starting a de facto segregation, where smarter men have reduced their fraternization with women comrades. Don't shit where you eat, of course. Ongoing SJW activities are building the backlash against coed workplaces. Just desserts for the stupid feminists. Feminism is inherently emotional, so feminists are of course stupid.

Some companies report success at improving "diversity" by not using resumes nor CVs anymore during hiring. One company used an internship process instead of resumes, leading to more female applicants. Other companies used a skills test instead of resumes for screening applicants.

These companies are stupid. This article is a great list of companies NOT to apply to. Better yet, stop buying products and services from these companies, and anyone else doing business with them. They are all stupid.

"Racism" in Social Activities

Reality shows like "Survivor" highlight the social interactions in a racially and gender diverse group. And black people are pointing out that they face a disadvantage in the games, alleging racsim, Critical Race Theory, and Intersectionality.

This article demonstrates why the current CRT-based discussions are stupid. Because most of the "disadvantage" is inherent in all majority-minority social mechanics. If there is a clearly identifiable minority sub-group, then the majority will behave in a certain way, and the minority group will counter with certain behaviors. This always happens when the minority reaches 10% population-wise in small groups.

CRT and Intersectionality, and most American liberal racism discourse, fails to separate put the effects of the majority-minority mechanics from race-specific discrimination. (Because then there is nothing left for them to talk about. And because they're emotionally-invested in their victim identities.)

This is why the American Diversity Experiment is doomed to fail, and fail catastrophically. Because they cannot think any other way. This includes both African-Americans and women. Ethnic Cleansing and Handmaid's Tale are coming to America, because people are stupid. Cities will be the first to burn. Get out of cities.

Police militarization not problem in Uvalde

police militarization is why Uvalde happened, because tactical training makes officers more cowardly, and reduces community trust.

No, this guy is wrong. He sees a lot of the symptoms, but he connected the wrong dots. Uvalde's (and Parkland et al) police cowardice and the excessive milirarization everywhere are both symptoms of underlying problems. But militarization did not cause Uvalde.

Uvalde, Parkland, et al, where police failed to act, reveal an underlying corruption among leadership. Corruption does not just show up as money changing hands. The legitimate political process can directly lead to a corrupt leadership, and that's something Americans fail to understand. The political process can only reflect the attitude of the people. If the people are corrupt, no system can safeguard the people from themselves. And Parkland and Uvalde are both corrupt, with the police leadership more interested in protecting their "friends" in the town elite, than actually doing their jobs for the rest of the city.

People like to blame "militarization" for alienating the community. It is the other way around. The community gets alienated first, and then police gets militarized. If community supports the police, then police would not stay militarized. They will grab all of the free shit from DoD they can, tanks, vests, guns, etc, because why not. But they won't use them (most of the time), because they don't need to. Vests are too hot. rifles are heavier than pistols. Tanks waste gas and don't drive well.

The problem in much of America, is that the community does not support the police. Part of that, is because the moneyed class have captured the political leadership, so police work for the elites against the poor. Another part is because Diversity has failed. Different cultures support different things. So they're OK with much of the supposed illegality. So of course they don't support the police.

So it is very interesting that this supposed police-military veteran does not discuss any of the real root causes. That tells you he is evil or stupud (probably both).

Racial Disparities in Traffic Fatalities

Black drivers and passengers are 1.8 times more likely to die, per mile driven, than white people. Black pedestrians are 2.2 times more likely than white pedestrians, and black bicyclists 4.5 times more. Hispanic people similar pattern. Asian people much less likely than white people. Night time fatality is worse for black and hispanic people.

Article does not say who are the killers. Given the inherent racial segregation at neighborhood level, the killers are likely the same race as the victims.

Wealth likely factors into some of the disparities. However, the research fails to account for victims' wealth. They do say that more deaths are occurring in poorer neighborhoods, accounting for some of the disparity.

Given that wealth correlates with IQ, and so does race, and that low IQ correlates with reckless behavior of all sorts, we have to conclude that IQ is likely a major driver in the observed disparities, both for the victims and the killers.
