"Removing resumes from hiring process helps improve diversity"

Some companies report success at improving "diversity" by not using resumes nor CVs anymore during hiring. One company used an internship process instead of resumes, leading to more female applicants. Other companies used a skills test instead of resumes for screening applicants.

These companies are stupid. This article is a great list of companies NOT to apply to. Better yet, stop buying products and services from these companies, and anyone else doing business with them. They are all stupid.
