America apparently thinks Ukraine "counter-offensive" will stall soon.
The news that America is allowing the re-export of "European" F-16 simulators and real F-16s, corroborate this leaked assessment. Any time America changes its mind on a new weapon system, letting it go to Ukraine, is an escalation. And America only escalates if the current course is not working.
Note to analysts, this heuristic, of escalations confirming the failures of status quo, is useful and near-universal. Absent a coup of some sort, leadership will almost always double-down. It is human psychology.

And follow-up note on Ukraine not succeeding in "counter-offensive", and Russia demonstrating how to competently execute a defense despite #drones, Western-equipped enemies, and high attrition. Russian officers show how professional they are.
