It also proves that ethnic groups prefer to self-segregate. The history of the Native Americans / First Nations prove that Cultural Imperialism is real. That, in the modern media market, an ethnic group has to actively nurture its own culture and identity, if it wants to survive. Many indigenous tribes have already lost their culture and peoples to the White Man dominant culture, simply because they did not protect their own heritage, culture, and DNA.

On the other side, America continues its 50-year course of complaining of European #FreeRider problem, yet refusing to leave Europe be. Biden denounces Trump's anti-NATO bluster, yet do not dispute the substance of Trump's complaints, yet unwilling to push Europeans to actually do more.
This is a perfect case study of why Moderates, Status-Quo supporters, are stupid. Reform is always more expensive than starting fresh, because if the system was capable of fixing the new problem, then it would be fixing it already, without any need to talk about "Reform". The very fact that people are talking about "Reform" demonstrates that the system cannot respond to the problem, reformed or not. This is, incidentally, why successful "Revolutions in Military Affairs" almost always take the form of new organizations.
In this case of European irrelevance, there are 3 paths forward. The #Thesis is, America runs everything and Europe takes it. The #Antithesis is, Europe Goes Their Own Way (#EGTOW). The stupid moderate #Synthesis is, America runs everything and both Europe and America complains everything. In Geopolitics, as in Life, do not complain if you won't fix the problem. It makes you (America and Europe) look both weak and stupid, like certain animals wanting to do a certain function.

Clearly Vice Admiral Murthy was not following his own rules for Covid protection: Masking at all times because of Omicron. Or that his own rules are useless against Omicron. Here are only two possibilities.
Clearly vaccines are ineffective against the new variants. And it is taking forever to deploy the variant-specific vaccine/boosters. Unless you are 55 years old or older, there is no point in taking a booster, assuming you had the vaccines in the first place. If you are older, maybe you should take the booster, if you accept the long-term effect trade-offs.
Get a good silicone sealing reusable mask, like this one here. An Amazon search for "Silicone Mask" or other search engines will give you good results. N-95 and other similar disposable masks are available these days, but they do not seal as well as the silicone masks do. And you can cut up an N-95 disposable into several filters for a silicone mask. Do it. Do not accept useless paper or cloth masks. They work as well as vaccines against Omicron, which is not at all.

The key here is, 1, that the minority homebuyers are urban: New York City and Richmond. Being urban limits options, with higher housing costs and higher crime rates, which form a vicious cycle. 2. The homebuyers are stuck in broken families. Household income is important for affordability.
More fundamentally, this story illustrates the hellish #ratRace that urban living fundamentally is. There is plenty of land available elsewhere. Note also that the story did not talk about the kinship networks, the tribes that these homebuyers are part (or not). The Tribe / Clan can help provide housing, and of course the Tribe/Clan provide childcare, too. Yet the tribes are notably absent from the discussion here. That further emphasizes the hellish alienating nature of American urban living, that we are torn away from our families.

#AOC says "Democracy" in the US will end in 10 years.
AOC is not predicting the situation correctly. After all, if Jim Crow 2 comes to pass, the ones who do not fight back with force of arms, deserve what they get. If people do not go quietly into the night, consenting to their own enslavement, assuming Jim Crow 2 is coming, then Civil War 2 will happen.
So, if AOC is right, "Democracy" will end, AND Civil War 2 will happen right away. AOC is reading the emotional gestalt correctly, even if her logic and data are faulty. She is correct that people feel the racial conflicts are escalating.

Scientists, matchmakers, and "people" (the people seeking "love") do not understand how Love happens. They build a list of objective criteria, but real world results (such as #speedDating) proves otherwise. 

Analysis: I suspect that most of those "people" are women. After all, men are fairly uniform in what they want. Looks are everything, almost. Relationship initiation depends mostly on women: will they pick up the phone when the men call.

In that light, this article is very obvious. Women do not know what they want. And Psychologists failed the moment they believed what women say.

Which is also obvious to any man who have dated women AND at least some familiarity with romantic comedies.

If they stop asking women, and instead observe women's reactions to men's actions, like Pick-Up Artists have done, they would have saved themselves tons of heartache. But then, most psychologists are women. So that's not gonna happen.

Minority nurses report significantly more racism than white nurses. However, it appears that they're racism'ed against nearly equally by their patients as by their fellow nurses and "leadership" (unknown if nurse manager or doctors). More significantly, article does not compare number against society-wide Racism self-report rate, which is a glaring omission.

Also notably, article does not mention any pay discrimination as a problem. Which leads us to suspect that pay discrimination, in fact, probably is not a problem. 

At this time, before reading the linked research paper, nursing racism does not appear to be a problem.
