Minority nurses report significantly more racism than white nurses. However, it appears that they're racism'ed against nearly equally by their patients as by their fellow nurses and "leadership" (unknown if nurse manager or doctors). More significantly, article does not compare number against society-wide Racism self-report rate, which is a glaring omission.
Also notably, article does not mention any pay discrimination as a problem. Which leads us to suspect that pay discrimination, in fact, probably is not a problem.
At this time, before reading the linked research paper, nursing racism does not appear to be a problem.
